Told you all I'm hunting till they drag me out of here lol. Made a early day of work, Birthday thing hehehe and headed right out of town for home. I did a quick change to my hunting camo which is all white due to the heavy snowfall lastnight and with the ShadowSport locked and loaded I vanished into the field's of white. What a nice day, sun was out and no wind as I plowed through about 8 inches of snow toward's the first grove. Ten yard's out I drop to a knee and began scanning the grove for any movement, track's everywhere but nothing moving so I headed in silently and setup camp in one of my blind's. Half a hour passes and I decide to get up and stretch the leg's when out from under a downed tree he appears. I slowly slide back down behind my logblind and lay the ShadowSport in the notched out section of my blind, I'm ready. He popped out and gave me a side profile which helped since I'm figuring at 30+ yard's I'll need it.:) I gave the scope a couple twist, set the crosshair's and laser on the sweetspot and sent the Predator away. On impact he did one grand jump and slumped to his side, finished!. Got up and dusted off the snow and counted out some yard's, 36 and the Predator caught him just to the back of his eye. I grabbed a pic for you all, cleaned my harvest and headed for the ranch, nice day indeed. Ed

Impressive 36 yd rabbit take on a winters afternoon off from work! That's a good hunt story and a sharp looking rifle. Is the scope picture more clear and brighter hunting in the snowy grove than in wooded surrounding?
-
Thank's Jeff and yes you get a brighter light with the snow down, just watch the direct sun/snow glare. I also do night hunt's and the snow really brighten's up the night, full moon, lamp on the scope, perfect. Ed
