Only a few dozen pellets through it so far, and it is twanging and dieseling somewhat, and you all know about the trigger, but I am having fun already !
Too bad that the weather this weekend is going to be terrible - no chance to go out and play til later on Sunday, I think.

Many thanks to all the friendly advice and help you gave me - I am sure that I'll be asking more ignorant questions later, but will try to not impinge overly much on your good graces.

Congrats on the new shooter. I have one of dem myself,,,, extremely accurate and fun to shoot. Best of luck with her..

Yep...they sure are a nice shooter, I've got one in .22 and it sits right at the back door just waitin to be used. And it does get used quite frequently.

Congrats from the South too.  Definitely let me/us know more about your toy ASAP.  I have one on order myself but I also have 4 boxes of pellets with the gun order that are on backorder.  I told them hold the gun until the pellets arrive too and so far have been waiting almost 3 weeks.

CFX's are good shooter's, my .22 is a fine hunter. Congrat's on your baby and keep us posted on her performence. Ed
