Daisy has the wood stock avaiable for the 1000. They need to now where the gun was manufactured. $68.50 includes shipping. Customer Service 600-643-3450

Thanks for pointing that out, John.
Do you have any idea where a picture of it could be seen? Is the forearm of the stock long enough to cover the barrel break hinge area as it does with the plastic stock?
Inquiring minds...

First, I posted the wrong phone # The # is 800-643-3458 not 3450. I looked at the stock on Pyramyd's Winchester site. The picture is of the whole gun. Stock's pistol grip & forearm are checkered. I believe it is walnut.

Now for plan "B." I called Daisy sales and the woman didn't know so I was turned over to service. My rifle is made in turkey. Seems some are different even from the same manfacturer. The screw holes don't quite match.I gave the rifle serial # and I am still waiting for service to call me back. The e-mail, i received from Daisy, stated that I could send the stock back to them to match the holes also. Right now, I will wait on the call. Anything further and I will post a response.

I finally called Daisy back. My composite stock cracked, on both sides, at the forearm screws. Best bet was to return the stock to Daisy so they could match the screw holes and supply a wood stock. I have no idea what it will look like but I am in desperate need of a stock. Should you chose to do this you will nedd to enclose a note stating where the rifle was manufactured, serial #, your name, address , phone #, etc. Daisy Customer Service, 308 West Stribling Drive, Rogers, AR 72756
