Let it flow Mike don"t bottle it up it isn't worth anything. I tried to bottle it up and store it but it got me nothing. We are here for you. Some people are just not understanding or do not understand the dynamics of what you do. :)

Mike I can imagine the trials you go through at times. Customer service is always tough, I'm sure all the more so with a bunch of eccentric air gun nuts as customers. Unrealistic expectations run rampant in our 'instant gratification' society.
By all means vent, perhaps you relating some tales of 'challenging' customers will give some folks pause for thought.

Hey Mike buddy,
Anyone that has had to deal with "people" can understand how you feel !
If you feel the need to Vent, your in the correct forum, so let it rip !
I understand Mike, in fact, the only reason some people are alive today, is because there are laws against killing them. I sure wish that they would have an open season for A--H0LES. But then, I might be in danger of loosing My Head too ? Ya never know. :(

Just remind the customer that you own guns, and you know where they live:)

I usually get between 10 and 20 e-mails a day so it takes some time to answer them, most of them are normal, some are really off the wall, had one awhile back asking if the QB-78 was a breakbarrel or a side cocker!!!!!A few days ago I got one and the person told me he wanted a rifle that shot at this speed and was this accurate, went on to tell me he had a F1 chrony and checked all his rifles etc. like I would send him one that didn't do what I said, I told him I couldn't do what he wanted, sorry just not possible, he returned an e-mail that was nasty, like he wasn't getting his way and didn't like it and would take his business elsewhere, told go ahead wasn't my fault I couldn't help him, then you get the one that asks why I didn't polish the outside of the valve when I tell you I polish the internals, or the fellow who had a stripped screw when he opened the rifle to see what I had done, had him send me the "stripped screw" had the coloring removed from the threads....or the guy who complained that the rear cap on the gas tube of a 78 was loose, had him send the rifle back, tapped the tube to distort it slightly to hold the cap in place,,,,,out of all the rifles I've sold 99% of the customers have been great, it's the few that really drive me nuts..it's time to start ramping up for the Little Rock show, see you there if you can make it......Mike
