I should be getting my new stock within the next day or so.The only thing keeping me from taking the old stock off is the safety.Anybody know how too take the safety off?

Not really , turn the rifle over and at the rear of the trigger guard, is a slot with a little bit of a spring visible. Take some type pf small pick and pull that spring forward until you can push out the safety. Installing is just the reverse. Pull the spring outward and insert safety . The spring is all that holds the safety in and provides tension on it. kirby
