Had some trouble with this lady, two nights in a row my suet blocks were gone but I found one, it was out in woods  20 yards away.

So I set the trap for her, tied a fishing line to the suet cage she kept getting and ran it in the back door of the house. I tied a christmas bell on it and I was woke up last nite at 3:30 with a bell ringing.

I got to the back door just to see her draging the cage into the woods behind the house, she stopped a few yards into the woods and gave me a good 20 yard shot at her, she was looking at me as the Shadwin fired, got her right above the left eye and she just plopped on the ground. After a  bit she made a funny noise and that was all for her.

I shot this one with my .22 Supreme that has a Winchester .177 barrel, can't see any use for a .22 springer at longer ranges, got a trajectory like a kicked football, thats why the .177 conversion. The rifle has a 15" barrel and shoots very good groups at 45 yards.

It's a  Gamo ShadWin and I like it.

Good shooting, great pic.  Just wondering..... what pellets were you using?

Very nice Rich. I to have wanted to set a trap similar to yours. We get allot of deer here and I think I would be up and down all night long...:)

That was a great idea though and a nice catch to boot. Nice combo on the Shadwin...:).

What would you rename my Shadow .20 to..:)

The ShadWin seems to like Gamo Pro Magnums, it does under 1" at 40 yards.
But I also get groups with  CPL's, the CPL's hit about 1/2 inch higher than the Gamos.
