Are gamo barrels choked? I haven't run across this info and thought that one of you might know.
Thanks for your help!

Good question Chris. I have never read that they are. But CDT on our forum here knows all about Gamo specs, so ask him..

Good luck

No:  I haven't found any low to medium cost rifles thay do have choked barrels.

Just push a pellet through  the barrel, if it gets tighter near the muzzle it's choked.

Well in over forty years of airgunning I have never owned a Gamo. I'm not getting any younger so I figure it's about time. I knew that CDT and others like yourself visit this forum so maybe we will get an answer and others can share in it. Thanks for your reply!

Hey Rich

If I put a hose clamp near the end of barrel and tighten down real hard will it be choked then....:)

Actually in years past the the lower priced RWS guns that I have checked ( 34 on up) did. I didn't check my 24 before it found a new home. And by the way, it sounds like you put together a pretty nice .20 caliber barrel package for these guns. Congratulations.
