WELCOME John to our GREAT FAMILY at GTA. You found our Hunting Gate just fine and great shootin. Look's like another "B" shooter is in the mix and their great little hunter's with some TLC. Have you tuned her at all?, again great shot and thank's for sharing. Ed

Yeah Ed, I did some home tuning on both of my B3's . I polished the trigger, spring ends and internals. also made custom tophats.

Hey Folks, tjk here, and I want to compliment John on his kill. I'm new to this site too, and have enjoyed reading over the numerous threads. I shot a large grackle the other day out my kitchen window. He was drinking water from my fish-pond, and I'd estimate it to be about 25 yards +/- with my old Marksman 0035 (norica). I've been testing the Gamo Tomahawks, and that was the pellet on hand. Not as close as my Destoyers, but needless to say, it "got r done". Nice pop sound on impact too. As soon as it hit, the bird took flight toward an old oak tree like it was going to land, then all of a sudden it turned and flew higher in a big circle. As it reached a height of about 35 feet, it stalled out, spread its wings/tail feathers and parachuted to the ground dead. Nice puncher to the abdomen, and no exit wound. Hope to get a D-camera soon so I can start sharing my kills with everyone. Dang starlings are on my list too!!! tjk
