Hi everyone,

I'm new to the dark side of PCP receiving my Feinwerkbau P700 today!!  Its a great looking and feeling gun, I'll have to post a review and pics later but right now I want to shoot it and can't.  None of the scuba shops in town will fill my little cylinder because it doesn't have a DOT stamp since it was made in Germany.  One shop was going to but didn't have the right tank set up or something to fill it.  The guy at the shop showed me what he thought I needed to do though.  He said to get one of those big aluminum 80s and that I could just screw my adapter into the top and then screw my cylinder into that.  He showed me how on a tank with no air and it seemed pretty straight forward.  I've attached a pic of the filling adapter that came with my cylinder.

So what kind of set up does everyone use for filling their guns?

I have an Air force Talon and I have a scuba tank adaptor that attaches to the "K" valve on the scuba tank.  I then screw the Air force tank into the adaptor, open the valve on the tank and charge her up  :)  

Nice and simple.  I also have a pump which I use to top off the tank when I'm out shooting......

Hi Brian

From what I can see that is a din connection scuba tanks have a din or a K-valve connection
you have a din it was made to thread straight into the scuba tank.

Is there a gage on the rifle small tank?

If you do you should be able to screw the rifle tank into the
adaptor then the adaptor into the scuba tank

And read the gage on the rifle tank (fill as slow as possible)
I think 200 Bar. check with book that came with rifle

If you can find out what the thread is {looks like a CGA euro thread} a hydraulics hose company may be able to put together something for you. You can also check with Van Jacobi at Airhog (http://www.airhog.com/hp_fittings.htm).

{note that Van is who you'll needto speak with}

I've made alot of visits to hydraulic hose companies over the last couple of years as well . . .
