Ok,, 35 to 40 yrds. is just too far. ( For me with my compound bow) They are coming to within 12-15 yrds. again early & late. This is BROAD DAYLIGHT folks!! Have applied for my doe tags again. Only 38 days till opening day!! (Aug. 15 here in costal S.C.) There were 3 of them again,, only 1 has Fawns. (I would never take "Ole "Spot Back",, she has Fawns) Shure wish I did not have to rely on 20 ft.lbs. for under 12 yrd. "Olimpic Shots!!" Guess Im just gonna have to get me a Big Bore!! He He He!!,,,, Tim. Tim, when I was able to draw a bow back, that would not be a problem. I used to shoot a High Country Sepreme, with a 6" over draw and carbon arrows. It was sweet, fast and I could split arrows at 20yrds, man I miss it. There used to be a place, close by that had a dart system, set up. That was a 20yrd target, with a computer generated screen, of game walking out, that you would shoot at,with a blount tip, it was a blast. My brother just got a ZX-4 that is sweet, only weighs 3.5lbs, I wish I could draw it back.
