I would just like to say hi from Portland, that is the original Portland in Dorset UK. I have been into shooting air guns and tuning for many years but am just starting out in the unknown world of PCP and CO2. I have a Webley Stingray .22, a Logun Gladi8or .22, a BSA Bucanneer .177 (For Sale) and a QB78 .22.

I make custom silencers for a bit of pocket money, have a look at http://www.silencers4u.co.uk. I know that silencers are illegal in the states but I can make some lovely muzzle breaks if any of you guys over there want any. I also run a Yahoo Group for FX and Logun owners, you can find it at http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/logun_fx/. Gene joined my group, that is how I found this forum, thanks Gene.

Welcome aboard Jon

Glad to see another member from the UK. Hope you can come here often and post some of your knowledge and experiences.

By the way Jon, our forum rules forbid the word "siencers". We have put that into our rules to not attract attention from our government. But you can discuss anything else you want...:)

Gene

P.S.  Very nice web site.

Oooops! Sorry Gene. I'll change my signature as it's mentioned in there, I've changed my group email address too for the same reason. Thanks for the heads up.

No problem Gene, no point advertising the unmentionables in my signature over there as I'm hardly going to sell any on this forum am I?

Glad to have you here. We need some good English input from over there. It give us some insight on what is happening on the other side of the world. A lot of good guys get on from over there in Europe as well as other parts of the world. That's what makes us "international" 8)  8)  8)
