Got the new mount for the 350, and I already have a problem with it. I ordered a 260 1 pc. with .007" droop compensation. Because of the compensation, I would think there's a front and back. Any one know which is which? There are no markings on the scope, and the instructions on the package are no help. I'd really like to do this just once, the 350 really is good at making scopes slip. I intend to make sure that doesn't happen by using some lock tite on the ring screws and caps, so doing it twice isn't a thrilling proposition. BKL's web site is no help either. They talk about a tech sheet, but I've never been able to find it. So can anyone help me out? The new scope won't get here 'til Tuesday, but I'd like t be ready to go when it gets here. Thanks!

Daved,
Can you tell by measuring the base thickness at both ends. If not, call Kevin at Straightshooters. Best of luck...

Yea, I did, but my calipers just aren't sensitve enough. I actually got an email from BKL, it said the end with the D goes towards you. Now if only my mount had a D on it... This thing has NO lettering on it at all, not even the BKL logo they show on their web site. That's for sure, I went over every inch with a high powered magnifying glass and a bright light. Has anyone else ordered these direct from BKL? So far I'm not impressed. Maybe I should have gone with the B-Square adjustables after all. Will keep you posted.

Dave, those guys at BKL are pretty good guys. Call them Monday if you can and ask. I would of thought the mount would of been marked or something... dang.. I have had good luck calling them and getting help.
Good Luck
