BUT ....THEY DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.... WAOOOOO.....THEY DO NOT HAVE A MAP OR
DO NOT READ ABOUT AREA LOCATIONS FOR SHIPPING....THE POST OFFICE CAN BRING THEM AN ORIENTATION OR AT INTERNET IS
AVAILABLE ALL THAT INFORMATION .
THEY REALLY DO NOT KNOW: PUERTO RICO ONLY HAVE US POSTAL SERVICE,
IT'S SO EASY TO GO TO ANY MAIL POST OFFICE, WRITE MY ADDRESS AND I PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES.....
WAO.... IT IS THAT SO DIFFICULT.... I SEE THAT STILL EXIST.. IGNORANT PEOPLE.... IN USA.

WHEN I WAS AT SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE AS AN US AIR FORCE OFFICER BACK 1995 AN ENLISTED ASKED
ME IF IN PUERTO RICO DO WE HAD COMPUTERS, TRYING TO OFFEND ME OR MAY BE HE WAS LACK OF INFORMATION, BUT
MY ANSWER TO HIM WAS: WE DO NOT HAVE COMPUTERS IN PUERTO RICO..... WE HAVE INTERNET.
I AM VERY SORRY OF PEOPLE THAT DO NOT STUDY WITH ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE,
TO AVOID MORE MORONS.

Sorry about your issues. People don't understand US Territories. they can ship to Washington DC and it isn't a state so why not PR?
Did you explain that US postage rates apply and there are no taxes/importation issues?

Now Now Gerald....... Ben at SteelPlinkers is a very nice man and his products are very well made. I personally own a half dozen or more of his plinking targets.. It is his right to ship where he wants to....:) For example: I will not tune any guns from Porto Rico and will not ship there either.. And I am not a bad guy nor do I do bad business...:) Porto Rico???? Where is it anyway's. Is it next to Cuba or Yugoslavia?...:)

EVERYBODY DO BUSINESS WITH WHOM OR TO WHERE THE PERSON PREFERS,
DO A TUNE SERVICE IS ANOTHER THING - IT IS A JOB THAT REQUIERES A WARRANTY AND OTHER THINGS, I WON'T DO IT TOO.
IN MY CASE PEOPLE CALL ME FROM THE US TO SALES THEM A SOLAR WATER HEATERS, BUT I DO NOT EXPORT THAT
BECAUSE THE SOLAR WATER HEATERS ARE HEAVY AND I MUST TO PACKAGE EVERYTHING INSIDE OF A WOOD BOX
AND CARRY EVERY THING TO A SHIP. THAT IS A LOT OF WORK.
BUT..... SALE AN SMALL THING THAT WILL BE PREPAID AND SENDED BY MAIL.... DAH.... THAT IS SILLY.

We just stumbled upon this post and thought I should reply, even though its very late.
I do agree I may have been "Ignorant" of USPS mailing regulations, but I feel calling me a moron for this is uncalled for to say the least.. I actually had no idea USPS shipped the flatrate mailers to PR, and yes, I should have checked this before I replied with a "sorry, we do not ship to PR", that was my mistake. However, when you corrected me that USPS did ship to PR I corrected myself and gladly accepted your order in a timely manner.
In my defense, my bank gave me grief about your Money Order from PR as well, They had to make a phone call before they even cashed it and said it would be put on hold, without giving me a definitive clearing date. So I am apparently not the only ignorant one here. I went ahead and shipped your order without waiting for the funds to be ensured of clearing to prevent any delays in your order as well..
I apologize for your negative experience with us, although I would have appreciated you expressing your concerns to me privately rather than so harshly on a public forum.

Sorry your first visit was a lousy experience Ben. Yes Gerald was wrong and I made note of it. We try and keep any name calling off the GTA and we have a special vendors poll forum to express your pros and cons but it is just a poll. I personally would like to appologize for Geralds comments and it is a poor example of how the GTA really is. With that aside Ben, your products are top notch and I own several of them..:) Hope at least the GTA membership tries your targets because there are no others that match the quality of your products. And for Gerald, Be nice and don't call people bad names folks.....
