It goes to show that the Chicago Gun Ban DOES NOT WORK ! It is quiet obvious that the Mayor is someone that the BAN is expected to prevent fromgetting firearms !

It is understandable now why Chicago has this ban, but it seems to be directed at the wrong people !

Those that are mentally unstable should not have firearms, and it looks like the Mayor is as unstable as they get !
