I got a Mendoza 2800 about 2 weeks ago and there are parts of the gun I love and parts of the gun that drive me NUTS! I wanted to start a thread to talk to other Mendoza owners about "mods" or "tunes" that could be done to get this diamond in the ruff BLING'N! for 200 bucks this gun is a great value.......let me know what YOU guys think......cheers Bart

Well, I didn't pay that much, but the one I have is a little disabled. No sights and no magazine. In other words I am probably missing a good chunk of the charm. I tried to get the parts from the manufacturer, and they said they would but I stopped hearing from them. A weird bunch there at mendoza...

I have sights and magazine on their way from Mexico! I hope everything will be here in a week or so. Then I have to figure out how to attach it!

well..you have a mixed blessing coming in the mail....the magazine is TIG welded on the guns top right behind the "auto loader" port...if you need some pics or measurements shoot me a privet message...I used to be a welder for years and the welds on mine are of B+ quality...but its an air rifle not a skyscraper so it"All do! LOL any ways hope it all works I love mine....getting it tuned soon....the trigger schematics are so weird looking I'm not gonna tackle it myself...I've heard of an hour to put the trigger back together the two blade trigger is great but "some assembly" is required anyway's if I can help let me know...cheers Bart
