They have great customer service, imo. Very very easy to get a hold of, and once your talking with them they are very helpful. I purchased a benjamin sheridan super streak, but discovered the trigger mechanism was bent so I returned the gun for a refund. Cabela's took care of me and got me my 299.99 back in about a week after they recieved the rifle. Reasonable shipping, for me in Hawaii since its all flat rate. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.
