It's been a long time since I was at a bar-b-q where they did a whole pig but I can still remember the heavenly taste of that pork !!!!!!

An apple in the piglets mouth would be a nice touch Craig!! LOL's  I got a chill lookin at everyone all bundled up. Bet that fire felt good too. What kind of wood were you useing? I fined a blend of Oak and Pecan work great for whole hog cookin'!!!! tjk
