New Marauder info ...
« on: January 21, 2009, 11:57:22 AM »
Can anyone figure how they got this work if it's unregulated?-

"The Marauder has been designed to operate at a starting fill pressure of 2000 PSI. However, this gun can be filled to a higher fill pressure of 3000 PSI for even more shots at a sustained velocity of 1100 fps with .177 caliber and 1000 fps at .22 caliber."

Josh @ Crosman's blog in a video from the shot show said "you will get 30-40 sustained shots of either 1100 or 1000 FPS with a 3000psi fill."

So if you fill to 3000 psi I get 30 shots @ 1000 FPS then another 20-30 in a normal pcp bell curve or just a straight decline? If it's the later I hope the decline is only 1 or 2 fps per shot so you only get a 20 fps deviation in 50 shots.
