If it was a b4-1 or a TF 41 it will have a button on the bottom that you have to push befor you can close ths action, does this rifle have this button?

The stock on his one looked like a piece of pine. No buttons to push. Just cock it and then shoot.

The qb 88 and the B4-1 and the tf 41 all have a button under the fore arm to let you close the action, so it is not any of these  also the qb88 has a gamo type trigger , so I'm thinking Danointx is right about it being  a snow peak which I have never seen. So my guess is the snow peak it looks as if this is the closest guess so far. howie

I can see the side lever in the one pic....it's a B-7, same as the AK style B-3 with a sporter stock........
