New gamo product indestructible beach seal.

I have been using this seal for over a 1000 pellets and so far no seal wear or leakage.

Will do some more testing and maybe then they will be for sale.

Is the material actually harder than stock?

And if it is, is there any sign of its interfering with barrel lock-up?

The one thing that always bugged me about my Quest and my B19 is the way they seem to stop on the semi-hard breach seal when you close 'em rather than on a metal-to metal stop. When I replace it with a rubber o-ring the barrel inevitably sits higher on lock-up.

Not on my design, there is an O ring in the bottom of the seal pocket to allows for that.

"O" ring goes in and then the seal so there is no barrel droop problems or lock up problems, this allows the seal to move in and out for manfacturing tolarances in the rifle lock up.

Can't think of a reason it shouldn't work. Keep us posted.

So far it looks good but I don't think this would work on the new style gamo's with the poly barrels.

Well it's such a tiny seal it woild be hard to make it seal correctly.
I will have to order some from Gamo so I can remove the seal from my rifle to see how long it is inside the rifle.
