What are these?
« on: April 08, 2009, 07:04:42 PM »
I Picked up these 3 guns from a sports shop..They had $30 on them
a we bit damaged...IE missing front site / Broken front site & rear site
adjusting wheel broken...So I got them for $25 each since I took all 3.
They shoot real well....The action looks like a B2-1 with a diffrent stock.
All they have on them is ...Stirling 4.5mm / made in China.
Are they a b2-1 by a diffrent name....but either way they are a bargan.

Sure look like it Peter with a stock that has a sharp angle at the front of the stock like a TF and the groove's in the stock of a B3. China made so many versions of of their airguns, new styles or old one's pop up all the time. Nice find and would be interesting to see what's inside too. :o  :) Ed

I'd guess B2-Something

Maybe: http://www.china-airrifle.cn/newEbiz1/EbizPortalFG/portal/html/CategoryList.html?ProductMultiCategoryPicker210_action=Searchcategory&ProductPicker_action=Searchcategory&CategoryID=c373e9132108da258f7a02e2df26dfc1

Or:
http://www.airrifle-china.com/Product/EN/product_list.asp?type_id=10

There is one (or more) other makers of the BX2X-X type of break-barrel rifles. It is the makers of XS branded air rifles. (I've lost the link)

Very close however:

Interesting the bottom rifles looks to be left-handed, that would be a first one seen by me. In any case it appears to be:

B2 for sure and one is very much like another, which is about the same as on the B3's  4.5MM should do 575 fps plus a little if the seals are good.
Have fun with them, pick the best tube of the bunch then sort out the better parts and you may end up with a couple of good guns.
