How big is the target?
I saw a .22 repeatedly hit a cowbell at 75 yards, but it probably dropped 6" from the scope aim point. I'd say pushing much beyond 75 yards means you have little velocity, and accuracy limited in many ways. Any wind, your own steadiness, the pellet's ballistics. Welcome to GTA.
Play around, you might be able to hit a soda can at 100 yds. If you do, you are doing as well as I'd expect. If you have an AO scope, you have no choice but to make an adjustment. That part of your question is confusing. You don't tell us anything about the scope...
