Gene About that BSA Ultra 10??
« on: June 25, 2009, 12:54:16 PM »
Every time I go to a certain website the video of the BSA ultra 10 starts playing. I am really intrigued by that carbine with the short barrel. It looks like a quick to shoulder and fire weapon. It is so quiet in the video. Is it really that quiet?? I was contemplating buying that or the marauder or the Evanix back in early may. Te evanix wo out $ 200 cheaper than the BSA and I didn't want to wait until June for a marauder. I am tossed up on my next PCP a marauder or a BSA Ultra???

Al
I know there is a fine line between a hobby and an obcession, to bad I sped over it at about a hundred !!

I don't have either PCP....so I can only tell you what I've read so far. And you're right, Gene have or had both at one time.

The Ultra will be lighter because it's a carbine, less shots and less powerful than the Marauder because of it's small air reservoir. The Marauder have power level control....using a screwdriver or hex key behind the cocking bolt.....I think the Ultra does not.
