I Had an Interesting Experience on the Yellow tonight !

Hey All,

I found an air pistol that I was interested in over on the Yellow Forum, and posted that I was "very interested", then I contacted the owner, and he responded.

But when I returned, my post was gone ? I had made a similar post on another air pistol, of the same make and model, and e-mailed that owner also. The post that I made for an "Very Interested, e-mail has been sent", was also gone from that post, and a post from someone, that posted after mine, was there ? "I"ll take it"

If it didn't happen to me, I would have had a hard time believing this ! It seems that come first, doesn't mean a thing over there !

Well. I believed the Yellow was changing for the better, but it seems that they are changing for the worse ! They must have read my thoughts on BO and became upset with me. Darn Democrats !

Imagine that,....Well Bill, this is why I stick to one forum. I do go to others on occasion while doing research,...but you know what,....I've got enough people on the GTA who probably think I'm a DA,...or just plain feel,  "oh that tjk is a real A-hole",..what ever,...so the way I see it,...why spread the hate!!!! LOL's I'm sorry to hear this kind of crap going on in different forums,...it's a shame. Thomas

This is petty $hit (excuse my French).  I grow real tired of this petty bickering back and forth amongst forums. It’s sad to say that one of the Yellow moderators had nothing better to do, than to scan login ID’s or IP addresses and say “OOH, that’s Big Bill, and he’s a regular over on that other forum, you know the one we can’t mention!. Well, he can’t do business on OUR classified, I better delete his posts!”  Not defending anyone but I doubt it was Steve the forum owner, as I believe he’s still tied up with personal problems. I’ve been a member here going on 2 years and “there” a couple years longer. I post here occasionally, but there even less.  This you can’t mention certain forums, triggers, tuners etc on certain forums is so ridiculous to me. Not mentioning it does not change the fact that he/she, it or they exists.  It reminds me of an ostrich with its head in the sand. If I can’t see something, it doesn’t exist, and cannot harm me. I realize that I never have, am not now nor never will spend one cent of my money keeping this, the Yellow or any other forum operating. Forum owners and their moderators can do what they please, when they see fit.  And as always, I don’t have to log in or read any forum, I do so as a choice.    Sorry for the rant.  I’m going shooting! : )

i got deleted on many occasions .i put sales up then i respond to other post and always get deleted it didnt happen before, but three months ago i said enough is enough i didnt say anything i just stop giong on there web site ,i go in as a guess thats all bill so its not just you ,its call child play..this forum is better for me cause i have made a few associate and a few good friends also but i respect everyone cause i like keepin the peace among us.bill be the bigger person and move on cause its a small thing for a giant like u .jorge

They can't hurt my feelings, I just want to warn our members , to send an e-mail out as quickly as possible if you find something interesting on The Yellow Forum !

I would rather buy here on the GTA, but Gene and Kirby won't part with their sweethearts ! LOL

I did make contact with one seller, and after tomorrow, she will soon be on her way !

They can DELETE my post, but can't stop me from BUYING ! Heck, I can't even stop myself !!!!!

First off, if you say "interested" and an "I'll take it" comes along, then you probably are out of the running.  Second, if you were banned due to perceived bad blood between the two forums, I can think of a moderator or two who might delete your responses.  Shame, that, because the classifieds is not a forum, per se - simply a market place.  It should be free of politics.  Next time, get an email off and then post.  Hopefully, the seller will see it and look for the email.  I imagine it does stink to be shut out of that classified since it does so much traffic.  And, as a seller, I wouldn't be too happy if a potential buyer was co-opted out of my market.  Money is money.

Welcome to the crew Big_Bill.  I very clearly remember inquiring into a tune with a certain party and the response that I got was of character assassination beyond my wildest dreams!

...and here, we have so much to say about censorship in this country!  When it comes down to the alleviation and/or censorship of airgun inquiries:  guess we have to see it as it is...    

There is a law of cause and effect that is constantly at work in our daily lives.  When those who have so much to say display their aggression there is but one Universal Truth:  That which comes around goes around...    it is only a matter of time.
