Looks like BO & friends are about to cave in on "government run" health care.

I wouldn't trust them, they may faint out, and then drive through HARD at the end !!!!

If we let up our guard NOW !!!! They very well pull that old end sweep on us !!!

Keep up the pressure, we don't want another "Stimulating" Bill put through,,, while we are patting ourselves on the back !!!!!

i've also read it a few weeks ago.

it depends to what extent. for instance, roads. if they were completely private run we'd have paved roads just in places where they are deemed profitable, the rest would be either dirt or uncultivated...which would probably suit environmentalists. oh the irony

as for health care...like i've said. we have basic health insurance that provides the basic medical standard and you can pay out of your pocket directly at the doctors office to receive upper standard treatment.  no it's not the black market, every transaction must be monitored and you have to get the recipient.

i also had experience with private insurance companies...once i broke my leg and went to get compensation. since at the time i was insured with a lower premium i received very little compensation and also dealt with very dismissively. the other time i payed the highest premium and i was treated much differently, also received a decent compensation. now, if everything would be private, unless i've payed alot...i'd be very much concerned.
believe it or not...the middle way in the long term is probably the best way.
