I just saw a post on "another" forum regarding a guy on "Gun Broker" selling the Disco/Pump package for $269.  I checked out the auction and it winds up it's from Jorge at Sunshine Airguns.....   The Gun-Broker auction lists 10 available..... now I'm really torn  :( ....  with him selling them on his website and on Gun Broker, combined with the publicity from the "other" forum as well I'm thinking they won't last long and while I've been "sitting on the fence" about buying one now I'm feeling the irresistible pull to hit the order button and get one before they're gone....

My wife will KILL ME if I buy another air rifle......

Anyway, just thought I'd post the info in case any other GTA member has been sittin on the fence like me........

Mine too Jeff. But I ordered it anyway!!!

Fortunately I know what time the UPS truck passes by my house everyday. I just HAPPENED to be setting on the deck at that time while she was inside watching TV. I grabbed it & slid in the basement before she knew what hit her. Fortunately, once its in the basement, she doesn't know one gun from another.

I say "go for it", you only live once. You know you want it and it will never be this cheap again.

Yeah, I've used that "grab it and run for the basement" technique many times   Gary    :)  LOL

I got mine yesterday.  I wanted to shoot it but the sights on it are useless.  The comb on the stock is way too high...or the breach & rear sight is too low. I cant align the rear sights unless I turn my head horizontal (not a confortable shooting position).  Its way too low and I cant shoot it.  I prefer open sight to scopes.  Any ideas?

No, mine is about a perfect fit for me. This is by far the best set of open sights I have ever seen on an airgun. Three shots in less than a cloverleaf at 10 yards! Only had one problem with them. When I started to align them to the point of impact, I discovered that the elevation adjustment screw was missing! Just an empty threaded hole with no screw in it! Will have to call Crossman and ask them to send one out to me. This was not really a big deal since I was going to scope it anyway. Just wanted them for backup in case of scope failure.

I may have to put a scope on mine too since I cant use the open sights.  Natchez has a Tru Glo sight for $70.

I just checked the site again today and......the Disco in .22 has been ripped off the website!Too bad.....I was going to grab one soon. Maybe a .177 would be sufficient, being below $200 a pop with out a pump..
