Benjamin Super Streak teardown guide

Okay, after carefully going through a tear-down of my SS, I decided to write down some instructions for anyone else wanting to tackle the task.
I assume no responsibilities for damage or injury while following these instructions. :)
That should cover the legal stuff.
I could not find any guide so I had to try this first on my own.
Hope it can help someone else out.
