EAT FISH ANY KIND TUNA FISH IN WATER AT LEAST 2X TO 3X A WEEK SORRY NO SALT AT ALL CAUSE THAT EQUALS HIGH BLOOD PRESURE USE BLACK PEPPER ,GARLIC CLOVES HEATED IN OLIVE OIL ,NO DEEP FRYING AND USE OLIVE OIL A LITTLE WITH LEMON ON BAKE CHICK NO SKIN NOT TO MUCH RED MEAT OR PORK JUST FISH, CHICKEN, TURKEY,I EAT TURKEY BACON AND TURKEY BUGERS WANT TO EAT A SNACK TRY FRUIT LIKE APPLES ORANGES BUT NOT MUCH CAUSE ORANGES R HIGH IN SUGAR AND AFTER A WORK OUT A BANANNA FOR POTASSIUM THIS IS WHAT I EAT KNOW FOR THE LAST MONTH AND A HALF WITH 3X A WEEK BOWFLEX AND WALKING FOR TWO HOURS OR SO AND LOST 14 LBS DONT EAT ANYTHING PAST 7PM UNLESS ITS A FRUIT .I WAS A WORK OUT FREAK BEFORE THATS WHY I KNOW A LITTLE BUT IM ON THIS DIET RIGHT AS WE SPEAK ,I JUST WANT TO BE HELPFUL TO U AND ANYBODY ELSE CAUSE I LONGER LIFE I WOULDNT MIND SO DO IT BOGEY ,U COULD DO IT U R STRONG MINDED ,U HAVE THE WILL ,PUSH,PUSH KEEP ON AND PM ME WHENEVER U WANT BUT DONT GIVE UP CAUSE IM NOT GONNA LET U IF I HAVE TO WRITE U EVERYDAY I WILL ...FROM JORGE ......
