I have been wanting ta make a good chili lately, so I did.. Well I am right now.. Its cookin... here is how she rolls.. I took 1/2 beef and pork and started her up... NO BEANS...

Here is a list of ingrediants:
1lb pork, 1 lb. beef, 2 8oz. cans of tomato sauce, 24 oz beef broth, 2.5 tbl. sp. chili powder, 1 tbl. sp. smoked Spanish paprica, 2 tea. sp ground cumin, 1 whole white onion, 1/2 whole garlic[ minced ], 1 beef bulion cube, 1 chicken bulion cube, 1 serrano pepper chopped, 1 mariachi pepper chopped, 1 jap chopped. 1 tea. sp. black pepper, 1 tea. sp white pepper, 2 packs of Goya achote. and a couple things I can't mention or I'll have ta shoot ya...

1.5 Hrs. later.. soups on...


Its ok ta start slappin your momma now.. Cuz she caint touch this chili...

There won't be no de-seedin here.. Altho you would think its a hot motha, its really somewhat mild for texas..



I will post the finished pics in just a few... Its a great warm ya up after a snow in Texas.. we don't get much of that here....

Here she is plated.... I have ta keep the heat down somewhat because Mrs. Quest don't do hot.. But I have a Tiawon firecracker pepper plant thats still putin out the hotties and add them to my dish...

I will have to look for achiote. Have not seen that one.

Looks pretty similar to a recipe I have been using - try this out.

Randall stay in the house for a few days before you go out after eating that stuff...:) You could get arrested by polution control. They are always out taking samples of the air..:)
