Hammerli Titan vs Ruger Airhawk?

A local dealer has both of these in stock. I'm not sure which one to purchase. They are both .177's. I shoot mainly at paper at a distance of only 25-feet. Occasionally it will be used for squirrels. Price difference is about $5.
All opinions are welcome.

the titan is a techforce 89 power plant and the ruger is a rws 34 clone either should be fine im sure others will chime in on here.

I have the Air Hawk and love it. For the price every bit as good as my Panther. It will accept the same JM kit and the new Vortek kit as the 34. This makes replacement parts very easy to get when you are ready to do a tune(which is very easy because of the articulated cocking arm all you need is a 2' pipe/bar clamp).

thats why i  got a black hawk the ruger  is a sleeper rifle because other than the name its an exact copy to the rws34

Both are great shooters at the price they sell for. I was looking to buy another Titan to do some mods on but cannot find one on the net any longer. Yes it is exactly the same powerplant as the TF-89 and has a great trigger. So does the Ruger.. You flip for it..

gene, does the airhawk weigh as much as the titan?  Took mine out last weekend after having not shot it in a while - man that thing hits hard!

i think if you google it gene you might find one??i wouldnt mind getting a titan my self
