i just got one last night.   i'm tuning it a bit , but it has 12 groove barrel, solid plastic stock, and is VERY light-weight and balanced - even w/ scope and mount.    chrony's 930 w/ rws hp's.    i dunno if academy has stores everywhere - i'm in texas.    - paul d self.
