What was done to it? Anti-bear trap still functional? Any chrony numbers? I guess that's truck bed liner on the stock? thanks in advance!

This is what I was told about it when I bought it, and yes the bear trap works.
I’m selling what may possibly be the only TF99 tuned by CDT. Cocking and firing cycle is very smooth and trigger is light, crisp and predictable. The one modification I made to the rifle was to paint the stock with textured paint. After stripping old finish I found, IMO, the grain to be ho-hum; therefore, the painted finish. The textured finish also gives this big boy a better feel. I have not run this rifle through the chrony but the previous owner Mike (Splash), who acquired the rifle from Bob, indicated speeds around 650 fps.

are you sure it is a 99 and not a 97?
