22 Caliber CFX
« on: January 29, 2010, 04:25:43 PM »
I got my Gamo CFX with synthetic stock in 22 caliber from Air Gun Depot late this afternoon. Praise the Lord it has a metal trigger, and it is identical to my .177. Set it up with a Center Point 4x16x40 Scope, and Beeman 2 piece scope mounts. The rear mount has a stop pin, and it worked out nicely. Also added a Black Hawk cheek pad as well. She's ready to take outside in the morning for some break in and target practice. Will of course order the GRTIII trigger very soon.

LilysDad,

I can bring my super-modded CFX .177 into the shop this week and put it through the chrony.  I'll bring my new one since I'm not sure the one that was jury-rigged together is accurate.  I'm sure the missing canopies over the sensors are important somehow.  LOL!!  I can't make it Monday or Tuesday, but I might be able to get out there on Saturday.  Send me an email.  Maybe I'll come out to your house in the evening.
