Their is a fellow named varmitair that mounts his video camera right on the scope. Looks like he rigged a camera mount to a scope ring then mounted on top of his scope he takes some great squirrel video that way.

I've tried some with an inexpensive camera I bought for the task, but it doesn't have enough optical zoom to take good pictures.  My other cameras are just too heavy to mount on a gun, especially the magnum guns I own.

i GOT A QUESTION FOR YOU, WHAT IS THE ANGLE OF THE INFRA RED COMING OUT OF THE TRNSMITTER? iS IT A STRAIGHT BEAM UP AND DOWN OR SIDE TO SIDE. IS LIKE A 180 DEGREE? gOOD SHOT ON UR BANDIT....  I THINK THEY KNOW I HAVE ONE NOW. HAVEN'T SEEN MUCH LATELY. wHERE ARE YOU LOCATED, I GOT NIEGHBORS TO MOST ARE PRETTY COOL, BUT I LIKE TO BE CAREFUL.

I think it is 180 degrees, but I'm not sure.  

I'm in Tennessee!  Land of shooting stuff!  

I'm with you about the careful.  I try not to do stuff to get them upset with me or in fact even notice what I'm really doing. :D
