B-26 and the HW-95/ R-9
« on: March 12, 2010, 04:05:04 AM »
I had heard/ seen so many positive posts regarding the BAM  B-26 and how close it is to the R-9 that I finally got one from Best Airguns.  Have had it about 9 days at this time.   It has taken several squirrels with ease.  Mainly because of the decent trigger.   I purchased this B-26 in an attempt to satisfy my  burning  desire for a HW-95/R-9.   However,  I regret to say it has only made me want a HW-95 even more.     Why?   Because if the B-26  is a clone .  And it is this good.   Then using lopsidded logic, the HW- 95 has got to be even better.

The price issue however is causing me pain and suffering.  I want it.    Man,  I feel like a dope addict.   I need a fix.  Another AG.   What is wrong with me???

In closing, anyone who is thinking of the B-26.....the one I recieved is a pretty decent AG.

Gentleman of Fortune.

Hum-bug!

I know what you mean. I have two B-26's a .177 from MM and a .22 from Best Airguns. both real sweet. I've been on the lookout for a HW product also. I think I'm giving up on new. It's going to be used if I find the right gun at the right price.

Bogey, there's nothing wrong with you at all and I have asked myself that same question many times. I keep saying to myself "there's nothing wrong with me, there's nothing wrong with me," and if you say that enough times you'll start believing it. So,, let's all say it together "there's nothing wrong with us."  See, don't you feel better already?.  I bought a little B-12 because it was not that expensive and I always wanted something like an R7 or an HW30s. I liked it so much, three weeks later I bought an HW30s. But...., "there's nothing wrong with Meeeeeeeeeee."   LOL.
