the posts used to read from oldest to newest and now its ass backwards and i cant figure out how to get it back the way it was. any help would be appreciated.

yea mine read like that too... but I am a new member and they always read like that so thought it was a quirk of this site....

The posts read newest to oldest in the flat format, change to the nested format and it will change to oldest to newest. You can set the preferred format that you want as a default in your control panel.  snookman

UHH...oldest to newest in flat format? Change to nested format and set prefered format as default in the control panel?
 Geez...I barely know where the different keys are located on the keyboard, let alone going into the inner settings of this thing.
  Computereze..a whole different language. Does RosettaStone have a lesson for this?...(joking, up to a fashion..)

Larry is right. But remember you have page view setting on each forum and also in your control panel there is options for how to view forum. Check it out.
