CFX barrel chop and new muzzle break need info?

i finaly got around to choping the barrel only 1 inch to remove factory machining and i fitted with a self fabricated muzzle break. i have made a plastic prototype of the underlever retainer and need to machine the end of the underlever to reinstall the plastic clip that goes on it. here is the problem i need to be able to get the underlever in the lathe but i can not figure out the pin at the cocking lever not where it attaches to the tube is it press fit or is it some kind of rivet any suggestions.

Like this man...if yer going to chop go for broke...

yer have to drill the pins out then make new ones..
when yer make the new pins drill a hole in the end to be
spread so yer can put a centre punch in to spread the end.

yup saw your chop job back when you first posted had hoped you see this and fill me in on how you pulled that off does the pin on the tube just push out and the pin at the joint need to be drilled out?

The main pivit pin that holds the lever to the compression tube is a punch out/in..
The pin that holds the lever to the flat pressed bracket has to be drilled then a new one made
Yer have that new lathe...No probes now...
