cfx project update
« on: March 25, 2010, 12:18:25 PM »
found some time to get back to my cfx today(been spending to much time with new b-26) :) ... I got the under lever retainer finished and muzzle break done and fitted the barrel ,had about 1/6 inch cut below factory machining for muzzle break the under lever was chop and I re machined the end to except the original clip for the retainer. I like how it is turning out but I have to take the break and retainer to be anodized next week meanwhile I will be repairing the blueing on the barrel. i dissassembled the entire gun to run the brake hone with 320 stones in the compression chamber because it was way to smooth (learned the hard way) but i did learn. the gun shoots much better now in fact heavys are a must in this gun to keep it under control but was shooting some awsome groups and hope to back in the 30 yard bench rest comp. next week.
