Theoben eliminator

Is this still considered at the top of the pile in spring/gas ram air rifles? Don't see too many of them around. Will they see increased sales once many get gas ram  rifles and want to move up to more refined offerings?

Josh, the Theoben Eliminator is still one of the nicest gas rams available. A bit pricy. I am sure eventually Theoben will come down on there prices a bit due to the fact that Crosman snd others will now start selling gas ram varieants. For sure the Theoben is the cadalac of its kind. They may be another company that will go down the tubes like Webley/Scott. That is sad because Theoben is a class act as far as quality and engineering goes.

I don't understand why there are not more of the used Theoben gas ram guns around. Unless no one sells them. I bought my first Theoben in the late eighties and have not bought a springer since. I feel the gas ram is a much better unit right out of the box. It is a much more reliable and consistent system.
I love new things, especially when their old!

The theoben eliminator is awesome ive had the new style which i sold and a crow magnum in 20 cal that i will never part with very accurate and the metal and wood are second to none. But i just perchased a new Benjanin trail xl and the cocking effort is alot less than the old crow mag.I havent done any shooting with it yet but if it is close to what it claims you have a gun that should do the same at about % 25 the cost .The metal isint even close to the finish of the theoben but tell that to the rabbit you just hit lol.Theoben $1100 plus Crosman benji $299.

I've got Theoben gas rams in both of my BSA's and they're fabulous shooters.  The Eliminator kicks like a horse and as much as the human ego wants the most powerful springer out there the lesser powered Theobens are pretty darn sweet themselves.  Whether a Cadillac, a Ford or a Lotus Esprit Turbo...  they're all still cars in the end.  The same goes for the gas rams.  The name doesn't make it any different.  It's in their use and application that makes the difference!
