Alright, alright, you're thinking "whoop-de-doo, what a weakling." Not true.
Actually, it's a big milestone in the recovery of my torn rotator cuff. A month to two months ago the strain would've pulled the shoulder at least partially out of socket. But not anymore!
So why does this matter? Well, now I can cock a springer again!
Folks, I've been doing my physical therapy religiously. To all you out there who have bum shoulders or knees or whatever, keep up that PT! It works. I might have an age advantage over most of the folks here, but I can guarantee that going from having the shoulder easily pulled out of the socket to being able to take half my body weight wouldn't have happened on its own. So do your exercises, and no excuses!
