GRACKLES
« on: April 28, 2010, 12:35:34 PM »
While mowing the yard today I noticed several grackles at the feeder so I shut the mower off went in and grabbed the 78 and set it on the shooting bench which is 25 yds from the feeder. Not long after I started mowing again they were back at the feeder so I drove up the bench got off the mower and shot the first one. They continued to come back the entire time I was mowing and as long as I left the mower running they stayed at the feeder but if I shut it off they would fly away.I ended up getting 6 of them before I finished mowing.

Man you got to  mow the lawn and shoot things. Thats a great day. Almost makes me want to mount a turret on the mower! Hell Yeah! Get one of those auto tracking turrets that was in the other strand. Oh man that could get outa control quick.
