What scope do you have on your trail xl?

I have a Leapers 5th Gen 3-9x40 AO Mil-Dot on mine, and it only holds zero for 3 or so shots. Its very annoying. Is there a good scope that will stay in zero with this beast?

I have the Centerpointe scope that came with my rifle and so far it's working great.

The scopes that Crosman puts on the new Trail and NPSS are good scopes, unlike the ones Gamo uses on their bundles.

The one that came with my xp is the same centerpoint that came with the npss. I am not sure if its the same scope you speak of Gene. I might just try it.

Leapers has good customer service. go to their website http://www.leapers.com/production/index.php and click on the customer service tab then send them a message. They are prompt to answer and stick by their product. If it is defective, they will replace it. Their scopes have a lifetime warranty.

Like Jeff's, my XL has the 3-9 AO CenterPoint it came with and it's been fine.

However, It doesn't look like any of the Centerpoints shown on Crosman's and CenterPoint's website. Looks exactly like the Hawk AirMax, but with the CenterPoint logo on the side.

Do any of you know the scope height for the CP/Trail XL combo (I'm playing with Chairgun an need the scope height which I believe is centerline distance between barrel and scope).

For the Trail XL, centerline of scope to center line of barrel = 2 inch.
