Finally got a chance to clean and shoot the 52. Very nice. I was going to buy an Avanti 753 Elite, but for less money - I am really glad I jumped on the RWS 'sale' a couple weeks ago. Here are a couple pics.  My first six shots. I know the target is not great, but it's 10 meters offhand. And I can't believe how heavy the 52 is compared to the old BigCat I had.

Looks like you pulled 1 shot LOL! Great shooting. The M48/52 sidelevers are great, solid accurate guns. I have a M52 in .22 and it's  powerful, easy to shoot considering the power and not too pellet fussy. . Is yours a .177?

it's a .177 .  I have a 54-T01  in .22   I got used a couple months ago. What a beast!  Yeah, that was the first shot too. I yanked on the trigger like it was the old Gamo.  Once I saw that - I settled down and tried to watch my hold. That T05 trigger is so much better than anything I had before.
