Anyone Have a Beeman Pell Seat For Sale?
« on: April 26, 2010, 08:46:04 AM »
I've been looking for a Beeman Pell Seat today and cannot find one,  accept for two web sites that after shipping want $25 dollars.
I even called Beeman and they said they don't make it anymore.
Does anyone have one they don't use anymore and would like to sell it?
I can pay though paypal.

BTW Beware of this site, I found out they are a scam and have 4 complaints against them from the BBB in OH. Their rating is an F and people have complained about overseas charges on their credit cards after they paid. http://airgunstyle.com/

Hey Dan. If you can't get a real pell seater then you can substitute any # of things that will work. Some have used golf tee's, wood kitchen matches, ball point pens, small allen wrenches, etc.You can buy a lot of matches or golf tees for $25 too.But if you've got your heart set on an original Pell Seater just be patient and keep advertising and one will appear soon.

What about pellets that are tight when you try to insert them.  I have used the base of a bic pen to (make them flush in the breach) I suppose you use the point end, Ink removed to re-size the skirt.  Let me know.

I use a plastic cocktail drink stirrer one with the round ball end and work great:) You could  go by any bar/resaurant and get one free.

I had one someplace -- and lost it.  Here is what I use - a plastic swizzle stick with a ball end, cut down and pointed to a shallow cone on the other end.  Heck, I can sell you one of these for $25 if you want (LOL) or maybe 25¢ plus postage.  You can usually find them at party stores or the party supply section of the local grocery store for around $3 bucks for 25.  They work better than the Beeman pel seat tool. There are several different sizes, so you can find one for both .22 and .177 if you are really into pel seat tools.  PM me your address.
