Ok thats great if that is all it is, but I think it is rather inconsiderate to not even return an email to acknowledge that he received my items.

You have every right to feel that way and I can sympathize because I'd feel the same way.  Life happens and sometimes two peoples' priorities don't match up.  Doesn't make either bad.  I know what's going through your head is that you may never see your stuff again at worst or at a minimum you're satisfaction is delayed.  

Timmy by all accounts is not really the techno savvy slave to the Net guy so he may not be checking emails.  If he is he'd definitely answer if he could.  Your stuff may be piled up at his house and he may not even know its there.  Timmy like all of us has his personal highs and lows.  I trust soon he'll be flying high again.  One thing for sure you should know is that dispite all the issues you're experiencing you shouldn't worry you're going to get screwed here.  Timmy's an honest hardworking man with the highest Christian ethic and values.  Sorry you got caught here as he works things out but he is an honest guy who will ultimately set things right with you.

I totally believe that.  I dont know him personally but have seen his posts on several different sites for a while and he seems like a great person. Ive never once thought I was going to screwed over.

One thing I forgot to mention was that he has lost his internet connection where he is at now.
