Well I some what finished the project that I was working on, so I got to spend alittle time with her today. I have about 200 shots with her and I opened her up slightly to have a peek. I removed the spring and top hat only, just wanted to tar the spring to calm down some of the twang, I will take apart again later, debur, polish and lube. The rear spring guide was so small that it needed 2 layers of shrink wrap, only put 1. I lubed 2 stainless washers dropped them in, tarred the spring and put her back together. All I did was add alittle lube to the cocking linkage, tar the spring and shink wrap the rear guide, not the best fix. Before I took her apart there was alittle grit to the cocking and return stroke, with alot of twwaaannnng. After the little bit that I did she is now smooth as warm butter on the cocking stroke, slight grit on return and almost no twang, She's a keeper, I think. After another 750-1000 pellets I will take her apart for a proper debur and lube, although I don't think it will take much after alittle lube, in the right spots, helped as much as it did.
