Had a conversation with Crosman today...

Still lookin' for a good stock for my Quest action, so I called Crosman CS to find out if they had ANYTHING in stock that would fit it. She comes back and tells me that she has a spare Phantom stock that they were just going to trash... they ordered one for a warranty repair and got 2 in by mistake.

And because they were gonna trash it, she's sending it to me free of charge.

Maybe that's why my next gun (just ordered) is gonna be a .22 Quest.... and I already have 6 Crosmans in my closet...

Unbelievable!  Now that is what I would have to call "CUSTOMER SERVICE".  Many some of the other mfr's could learn a lesson here.

Glad to hear that they are willing to take good care of you and go that extra mile.

I think it's too far gone, and cracked in a real bad place. I'm not a wood craftsman by any stretch...  so the offer of a free stock was too good to pass up.
