CFX front sight

My front sight came off on my CFX.  I mean the entire sight where there is just a hole there now where it once was.  I am having a hard time of getting it back in place.  How do you get it to fit back in place?  It looks as though the underside of the sight has a groove and the rifle has a rail that the groove will set down on.  Can someone help me with this?  I can't get both sides to go back down flush.   I see a set screw on top barrel behind where the front sight set but don't see how that would help.

this happened to me as well and i tried and tried to get it back on flush to no avail so then i ditched it completely and ordered a new muzzle break from air gun toys it looks much better now
