460 takes Jack!
« on: April 16, 2008, 02:05:00 PM »
I took this jack  around a month or two ago.   I popped him with my .22 460 around 30 yards away with a shot in the back of his head with a 14.3 Benjaman dome. He kicked for 3 seconds and was expired.  I love my 460 but my new .22 48 does get shot more. Hard to say which one I like more.

That's a good sized Jack Rabbit. That big Diana clearly stopped his clock quick. Good shootin.'

Nice shooting Blackbird! Yeah, that 460 is a pretty piece, dont miss mine that much though, traded it for a 350, am very happy with my trade!  The 48 is a FINE gun, A true workhorse!  I can understand why you are torn between the two.  The side levers are great in my opinion, I will never part with my 54/22. Must say though, I am becoming VERY fond of my new 350!  Nice shooting BB, That pic. looks pretty fresh to me,LOL! The crows have been "looking" at the wifes garden lately, if they land,I will take that as a threat & they must be dealt with! LOL! Tim.
