Well let's see . Since Crosman moved the small breech screw further back on the breech , it is necessary now to remove the breech and barrel assembly to get the bolt out . first you have to remove the safety by taking a small pick device and in the slot in the trigger guard behind the trigger , pull forward on the spring and push the safety out ; this is going to allow you to remove the action from the stock without damage. Once out, unscrew the bolt handle. then remove the small breech screw , the rear breech screw and the barrel band allowing the barrel assembly and breech to be removed . BE CAREFUL not to loose your transfer port and seal. Make note of the position of the transfer port , one end is deeper than the other . then you can push out the rear plug and the bolt allowing you to clean the barrel from the rear . A lot of trouble if you ask me . I would use some type of pull through from the breech end , unless you just like to take things apart like some of us do. kirby
